EdVantage Training Solutions has provided partnership and training solutions in collaboration with Dean's Professional Services - Smith & Dean, Inc. since inception. Our staff includes industry experts and credentialed employees that have provided training solutions in the areas of healthcare, hospitality, soft skills, and professional development to large and small organizations throughout the Nation.

Our experience includes multiple partnerships and collaborations for food service soft skills and food safety training, CPR and other healthcare certifications such as CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) and CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician).
EdVantage Training Solutions in collaboration with Dean's Professional Services is an organization that is focused on introducing new collaborative solutions for our community and our clients. Our goal is to provide a sounding board for workforce labor shortages due to educational gaps. We want to establish partnership with the same vision. We understand that industry and technology changes in the Greater Houston Area, the State of Texas, and ultimately the United States will eventually affect the quality of life for our communities. Educational Programs, Workshops and Classes are developed with the guidance of our Continuing Education Advisory Committee. This committee is a collaboration of experienced industry experts in the areas we service. Our skilled and credentialed committee has over 50 years of experience combined.

Our Continuing Education Committee is led by Jennifer Dean, a leader and pioneer in healthcare staffing in the Greater Houston Area, Jennifer has provided soft skills workshops, seminars, and training’s throughout the nation for healthcare organizations, non-profit organizations, and corporations for the past 25 years.
